In-Home or Studio Training
I am currently available to train privately at client's homes located in the Fairfield and New Haven Counties of CT. I also presently work independently at a personal training facility, C&C Strongfit, located at 2346 Boston Post Rd in Guilford CT.
One-On-One Programs
Programs are designed to specifically meet each individual's needs. We will create a safe, fun, rewarding, and effective program after an initial fitness consultation. My goal is to get you the best results, with personal one-on-one training sessions.
Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is a big component of any training program, approximately 80% of your results come from a proper diet. Combining the latest science based information available, a clean diet, as well as a consistent training program, you will get the results you want!

Strength Training
Free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, as well as other tools will be used to build foundational strength, increase bone density, as well as add muscle. Building strength is essential to staying fit and healthy.
TRX
Body weight nylon strap suspension training system, designed by a Navy Seal! TRX is an excellent training tool, is portable/can be used virtually anywhere, and is a great variation to traditional strength training modes. Secured set of 2 straps allow for a full range of motion to work all the parts of the body.
Circuit/HIIT Training
High intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training are great variations on the training model. HIIT and circuit training keep the body in constant motion, keeps the heart rate elevated for the entire workout, which increases fat burning. HIIT and circuit training methods can be applied to both strength and cardio training.
